Barbara's Cookies Pies sent me an 1 lb tin of a variety of her cookies to review. I was so excited to try her cookies cause they look so delicious on her site. They taste just as delicious as they looked!!! Oh my goodness These cookies are amazing! They didn't last long in my house, in a matter of 3 days we ate them all. In my tin I recieved a variety of cookies the cookies i received were, Bobbie Bella, Carol-Elle, Chocolate chip, coco poppy, Butter cookies, Jelly Jims, Joey Joy, Nutini, Terriwinkle, Sugar coated butter cookies and valerinis. They all were very fresh taste like they just came out of the oven. They are way better then store bought cookies for sure. My favorite were the bobbie Bella and the Joey Joys!!! This would be an amazing mother day gift! What is so amazing about Barbara's cookies are that they are made with 100% real butter, fresh nuts, real chocolate, preserves and beautiful decorative sprinkles and sugars.They are definitely made with true love and you can tell by how wonderful they taste and look! I fell in love with these cookies and are so sad that they are gone!! I can definitely see myself buying more in the future no doubt about it! If you are a cookie lover or know someone that is buy them are you an wonderful gift/treat that you stomach will for sure enjoy! You will fall in love with these cookies! Now that they are gone I'am craving them like crazy ha ha!! :]

Packaging
There are two packaging options:
(1) Standard (Not Gift-Wrapped) - Each 1 pound or 3 pound order of Butter Cookies comes in a blue tin with liner, shrink-wrapped, then packaged in a corrugated shipping box.
(2) Gift-Wrapped – Each Butter Cookie Tin is packaged in a gift tin, then cartoned in a white bakery box with shred, with ribbon of your choice (by gift occasion or holiday), festive bow and personalized note card then packed into a corrugated shipping box. Gift wrapping costs $5.00.
Ingredients:
Fresh creamery butter, sugar, unbleached flour, real vanilla, whole eggs. May include semi-sweet chocolate, sprinkles, crystallized sugars, fruit preserves, nuts, cherries.

Double Baked B Butter Cookie- BY POPULAR REQUEST, we added our Signature B Butter Cookie to our product assortment. This is Mom's and Nana's Original Butter Cookie recipe. You can really taste the love in every one of our Signature Butter Cookies. Double-baked Butter Cookie has a crisper, caramelized flavor. Crunch a bunch of these hearty delights! Combining her educational and professional marketing background with her love of baking, and to find a way to honor her Mom and wonderful family, Barbara embarked on this new business venture. Starting small, but thinking big, she created Barbara’s Cookie Pie Company. Barbara uses the same butter cookie dough that’s been passed through the generations in her family as the platform to build her unique Cookie Pies. Each pie is inspired by a family member or friend in her life.
After much planning and experimentation along with the generous help of guiding partners, family and friends. Barbara’s entrepreneurial dream has taken shape. Barbara has a Bachelors and Master’s degree from Queen’s College, City University of New York and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She had a successful career as a marketing professional for 30 years as well as invested thousands of baking hours before embarking on Barbara’s Cookie Pie entrepreneurial venture.
Barbara is President of Barbara's Cookie Pies, a Division of FACT Group LLC. She also holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer of FACT Group LLC.
